Our customers are doing interesting and challenging things. And our job is to enable these folks to be successful and productive. Our customers are just infinitely creative when using this in lots of different really exciting ways from applications that none of us ever dreamed about. The core capabilities can be used in fields that biochemical, to finance, to mechanical engineering, to drilling analysis. We get excited about all these really cool applications that they're doing with our tools.
I work in the life sciences domain. I help our customers by developing applications for them to use to streamline their workflows. So we're able to work together as a team and deliver a customer the application that they need providing them a solution.
When we get the real requirements, understand exactly what the customer is trying to do, it enables us to truly internalize that and fundamentally make a better product. It's a precious resource that we have that we love having developers interact with customers directly.
We want to leave customers with the expertise to do this by themselves independently and autonomously once we're gone. The thing that makes me happiest is when we hear later that the customer had a new development, a new modification to their work, their product, their algorithm, and they didn't have to call us to do it.
It can help take an organization from a basic level of use of the products to full mastery and really whatever your organizational objective is, accelerate that, accelerating the pace of engineering and science.
