My research involves microgrid control and design, microgrids clustering, intermittency of renewable-based MG, and integration of microgrids to electric power grids. Also, I investigate the feasibility of smart grid implementations. Moreover, I am involved in writing technical proposals.

Currently as an Assistant Professor in Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Houston, he is building a robotics lab. Previously as a Research Fellow with Boston Children's Hospital and Harvard Medical School, he implemented robotics powered & controlled by the magnetic field of an MRI, in the Pediatric Cardiac Bioengineering Lab with Pierre Dupont. As a Postdoc at Rice University in the Multi-Robot Systems Lab with James McLurkin, Aaron investigated control of distributed systems and nanorobotics with experts in the fields. Aaron earned his PhD in Electrical & Computer Engineering at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, advised by Tim Bretl.

I got my PhD and MTech degree in 2017 and 2006 from VSSUT Burla (UCE Burla) one of the oldest engineering colleges in India. With this, I was involved in full time teaching from 2006 till date in reputed universities and engineering institutions.
