Affect of low sampling rate on frequency-time diagram in ECG signals

I have ECG signal data recorded with a low sampling rate (61 HZ approx). My focus is to use the time-frequency diagram for further analysis. Now I want to ask what affect does a low sampling rate has on a time frequency diagram (Scalogram)? Also the signal has harmonics (probably due to bluetooth transmission used).Will this also affect the Scalogram?

It just means you won't be able to get any information above 30.5Hz (Nyquist frequency) in your data analysis.
