License error when trying to open simulink Licensens mananger error -5

I can not understand my error. The error is given by

This pops up when I tri to open simulink.

I have tried to uninstall matlab and install it again with out luck.

Any suggestion?

Does the "License path:" field really show up as empty? Or did you blank out that part of the image for the posting ?

What kind of license are you using?
