Large scale Matrix Export

I analyzed a set of length N=10^5, and then I formed a square matrix of N by N. I need the whole elements for further analysis, but I could not export such a matrix in excel. Is there any possible solution to export the whole matrix without separate the matrix itself?

What would you do with a 10^5 x 10^5 array in Excel? Couldnt you perform this further analysis in MATLAB, and export only the outcome to Excel?
