Description
The IOLib TTC2000 Simulink® blockset facilitates application development for the TTC 2000 ECUs by supporting Model-Based Design. The TTC 2000 series consists of high-end safety control units designed to support diverse high-end applications. It leverages a multicore architecture to enable deterministic distribution of tasks based on Simulink across dedicated execution units for true parallel performance.
The IOLib TTC 2000 maps the extensive I/O set of all TTC 2000 variants to an easy-to-use blockset. All configuration options are directly entered into dialog boxes in the Simulink model.
Together with Embedded Coder™, the IOLib TTC 2000 enables the automatic generation of production code. This generated code includes all the necessary function calls to TTControl’s safety-certified I/O-driver C-library and PXROS-HR operating system to support TTC 2000 series applications. Although the complete operating system infrastructure is active, it remains transparent and hidden to the model developer. Additional capabilities, such as a DBC importer for CAN communication, a J1939 diagnostic blockset, and integrated XCP support for calibration, enable users to develop complete applications directly from a Simulink model.
The IOLib TTC2000 supports application development for automotive vehicle prototyping and series production, including VCUs, electric powertrain systems, and vehicle dynamics control.
It enables applications for mobile and off-highway machinery, such as construction equipment, agricultural, forestry, municipal vehicles, and specialty machines while providing integrated cybersecurity aligned with ISO/SAE 21434 across all use cases.
The IOLib TTC2000 is a Simulink blockset that enables code generation for the TTC2000 series of safety ECUs. It integrates with Embedded Coder via TLC files and S-functions, providing a build environment that generates a downloadable binary directly from the Simulink model.
