Can swarming step be neglected in bacteria foraging algorithm?
If the step cannot be neglected please provide the matlab code to do it.

I am using Bacteria Foraging Optimization Technique to find optimal size and cost of a pv/wind/battery hybrid system...but in that my iteration value(cost) becoming more negative after every iteration....why this happens?
