질문
ECI MatLab coordinate frame establishes the y-axis points into the eastward quadrant, perpendicular to the xz plane so as to satisfy the RH rule. If given X fixed to the Sun i.e towards 12:00 then RH rule requires Y to point at 18:00 not EASTWARD.
