separating scatterplots, and rounding numbers for fprintf
I wanna have the scatter plots all seperate, so in this case 3 seperate scatter plots, all have one of the CGA points, PIW point...

fprintf two 3x1 matrix's w/ text
using fprint f, lets say you have two matrix... bearing=(30:50:60) range=(600,1237,579) <---- these would be 3x1 like bearing...
