Why the blocks in Simscape Electrical are not available in simulink even if it is installed?

Simscape Electrical appears as installed in add-on explorer but when command "ver" is run on matalb command prompt, it shows very few components as installed. Simscape Electrical didn't appear there. How can I get blocks in Simscape Elect toolbox?
