I received the Ph.D. in mechanics of machines at the University of Ferrara specializing digital signal processing with emphasis on cyclostationary processes, blind deconvolution and EMD.
My main interest is on rotating machine diagnosis and condition monitoring through advanced signal processing tools.

He retired from the Army Research Laboratory (ARL) Aberdeen Proving Grounds after 33 years of service. He is currently an Associate Professor at York College of PA. His current research interests include unmanned systems, drones, control theory, and astrophotography.
