VNA S11 Tracks

This application is useful for exploring impedance matching networks and their ability to transform load Z to a desired source Z.

This application is useful for exploring impedance matching networks and their ability to transform load impedances to a desired source impedance. In particular, matching networks with two tunable elements. By manually tuning the two elements over their ranges, 4 "tracks" can be produced that create a space that can define the impedances that can be matched with the network.

It communicates with an HP 8753 Vector Network Analyzer using HPIB. The application is designed for one port measurements, and in particular S11. The measurements along with User Notes can be saved to a specialized "*.trk" file.
