Gauges for SimMechanics

Includes dial and bar gauges that can be used to display dynamic information on SimMechanics models.

This submission includes bar and dial gauges that can be included in SimMechanics models to display Simulink signals. The fullscale range of the signal can be specified as well as filtering bandwidth. The size of the gauge can be adjusted to fit the scale of the model.
An example is provided that demonstrates their use in static positions as well as attached to objects.
