Create an Image Stack

This script can be used to take a 3D matrix and save it as an image stack (tiff).

This script allows you to create an image stack from image data loaded into matlab. It was written to concatenate seperate image stacks that were collected during a biological microscopy experiment, that unfortunately, were saved as seperate image files. I found it a bit tedious to search out the proper tags to make a Tiff image stack. Now that I have them, I figured I'd put them out there in case anyone ends needing to do the same thing.
