how to register flash.ocx in activex control GUI Matlab

I've tried several times to register the flash.ocx in the activex control, but the results macromedia flash factory object is still active Error: Class Factory cannot supply requested class
is there a tutorial or step by step how to register flash.ocx?

I have added an ActiveX Flash player to a MATLAB figure with the help of this FEX submission:
