Why do I get an error message "unable to locate executable" when I install Polyspace?

Trying to install Polyspace on a Windows OS, installer complains with the following message:

 unable to locate executable

Polyspace installer extracts the java virtual machine in the TEMP folder. It can happen that environment variable %TMP% does point on a valid folder.

The work around consists in changing the %TMP% environment variable with a valid folder like 'C:\Users\<login>\AppData\Local\Temp' on Windows 7, i.e. a folder where '<login>' has read and write accesses.
