Problem with datetick in R2013a

Hi, I cannot use datetick in R2013a. Could anyone please help me with this problem? I would like to plot and label x-axis with (dd-mm.yy) format for one year time series data.

Define "cannot use". The datetick function is definitely included in R2013a, and as far as I can tell hasn't undergone any major changes in several years, so it should work.
