Does MATLAB have classifiers that produce probabilites of class membership?

We are looking for classifiers that will produce probability of class membership. For example, classifiers that use distance measures such as kNN or SVM - are there MATLAB tools for generating models that can be used for estimating probabilites. We are focused on two class problems.
