Difference between the two methods for Bode diagram

Hi all. It's a simple question, but I can't understand the two results.

I used two methods to get the board diagram of the system below.

The first method used the App's Model Linearizer. As a result, the following board diagram was obtained.

The second method used To workspace as shown in figure. Bode diagram was obtained using the efestimate function for the data result. The function and result are shown below.

The result when using the second method, efestimate, seems to be wrong. I don't know why I get this result. Changing the sampling time does not get the same result as the first method. Thanks for letting me know.
