how to calculate the expected support?

I have a database

each value in D has its corresponding probability like this

I want to calculate the expected support wchich is computed as follow:

for example:

expected support(12)=0.2+0.7+0.3=1.2 (each individual calculate as the sum of its probability in the whole database)

expected support (12,20) we compute this by the sum of the product of the probability of 12 and 20

so

expected support(12,20)=(0.2*0.9)+(0.3*0.2)=0.24

I want to implement this in matlab which the source code is fast and simple
