Based on the plot location of 0, -1.z x10^11, it's my guess that your fitness function is returning a bad result. There's likely either a problem in the function or the inputs it is receiving. Can you share the code and/or briefly describe what you're trying to optimize? How many parameters are you allowing to vary and over how large a range?
