how to write script window level

i want to write window level 3189 1595.

    [spect map]=dicomread('I-131sphere10nisbah1', 'frame', 45);
    imshow(spect[3189 1595])

but image not appear

anyone can help me

You need to separate your window level from your image data with a comma. Also, the low value should come first.

imshow(I,[low high])

[spect map]=dicomread('I-131sphere10nisbah1', 'frame', 45);
imshow(spect,[1595 3189])
