Horient facets of a mesh in the same directions

Hello to everyone!
I have a point cloud. I am trying to reproduce the following mesh with Matlab:
The blue mesh has been generated with an other software.
On Matlab, I used MyCrustOpen (based on delaunayn) but I get the following:
I think this is due to the presence of a degenerate point sets, but I am not sure about it. I need the facets directed towards the same directions. Is there a way? Maybe an other build in function I am not considering.
