How can I use s-parameters to define a block in simscape?

I want to use s-parameters from measurement and simulation to define simscpae blocks for different components like EMC Filter. This should be used to calculate conducted emissions for power electronics.

The measured and simulated components have 4 to 30 ports.

The RF Toolbox works for it in simulink but I need mosfet models from simscape.

How can I use this function in my simscape model?
