Laplace–Stieltjes transform

Hey,

I would like to have an (inverse) Laplace–Stieltjes transform.

I know there is a function for the Laplace transform. However, the Laplace–Stieltjes transform is slightly different:

Does anyone has a suggestion or even an implementation?
