Navigating Live Editor R2021a

I am trying to follow the Live Editor videos in the tutorial section. However I don't have all the options that are showing in the toolbar. How do I add them? Ex video shows option of selecting text font style. That is not on my toolbar I only have add text. It also does not appear when I click on add text.
