State-space system identification with parameter dependency

Hi all!
I use the ssest(experimentData, sys) to estimate a partially known state-space model using structured estimation. Similar to https://ch.mathworks.com/help/ident/ref/ssest.html#btpb7ww-5
My question is: Can I define a dependecy between two parameters in the A-matrix? Because from phsics, I know that it is the same (or a multiple of).
