Restricted Ground-contact in SimMechanics

Hey,
I am trying to simulate the contact between a tyre and the street. I want the tyre to have 6 DOF, but restrict the translation in the z-axis just to be allowed for positive values. The tyre can't move into the ground but it can lift of.
In addition it would be great being able to measure the force in the contact.
