Has anyone worked with orthogonal collocationt in discrete domain for a distillation column in Matlab?

I have modelled a distillation column using finite volume method and ode15s and ode15i. I need a reduction order method such as orthogonal collocation in discrete domain. But i´m having few error. Have anyone worked with a similar system before?
