Creating non-uniform distribution of nodes PDE toolbox

I am simulating a nonlinear system of PDEs where I have to give fine mesh at the boundaries and coarse mesh at the centre of the geometry. Within the PDEtool, is it possible to generate a mesh with non uniform distribution?
