How can i call SAP from MATLAB?

Please elaborate what "call" means. You surely do not want just calling the SAP excecutable...

There is a toolbox,called SM toolbox, that can call SAP2000(CSiBRiDGE) in MATLAB

Follow the below link to make connection between SAP2000 and MATLAB
