how to give weighted average method for defuzzification

i have different weights for different inputs and i have to implement that weights in mamdani Fuzzy inference method for my model. and i want output by applying weighted average method as defuzzification method.

so i need help in how to give weights to each input and how to change defuzzification method to weighted average method.
