How can I program a installer chamber in Simscape?

I have a incoming through Variable (volumetric Flow water). The chamber is filled with a amount of water. To create a vacuum i want to simulate that the outgoing volumetric flow is greater than the incoming, so that the pressure drops. How can i do that?
