Unknow transfer function

Hi,

I've a discrete transfer function (z-transfer function), how can i get equivalent transfer function in s-domain or its frequency response like an analog system?

The transfer function is:

           a
H(z)= ----------------    where a,b,c are constants
      1+bz^(-1)+cz^(-2)

I need to check what is its behaviour, 'cause i don't know it
