How to delay the boolean input to the next block?

Hi,

I am new user to Simulink. I am having a 1 or 0 signal from a block and I want to store output as 1 when input is 1 continuously for some time say 1 second (But it should not store 1 if the input has changed from 1 to 0 in between)? Please help how to go about it. I used transport delay but it shows error as it requires continuous signal.
