Discrete Directed Graph using Simevents?

I have a directed graph <http://i982.photobucket.com/albums/ae306/BeingChased/ashdigraph-2_zpsa7c9d2cc.png> and I'd like to figure out how to run a pulse through it. Potentially via Simulink. Not sue how to do this with the signed weights either. If anyone has a clue, please let me know. -Ash

Have you started building up a model yet? Have you used Simulink before?

You may also consider stateflow, which sits on top of simulink, for this problem. There are a lot of videos and webinars to help you get started.

I think the best way to go is to try something out and then come back to ask questions once you get stuck.
