Advantech 2 Analog Input Issue

Hi, I am facing the analog input data acquisition issue in advantech PCI 1713 card. Even replaced with new data acquisition card, but still i cant able to interface with the process plant and shows to check the daq card. I am using Matlab 2013a 32-bit version. I am also attaching the issue I am experincing along with the daq details from matlab help (One image and one text file) . Thanks in advance for helping.
