No Preview in Image Acquisition Toolbox

Hi i'm new in Matlab and i have a problem with the Image Acquisition Toolbox. I'm using Matlab Version R2013a and the Toolbox Version 4.5 on Windows 7 64 bit. First i had a problem with the PacketSize. But after testing and setting it to 1498 this erros was gone. But if i start the Preview i only see a black window. I've also uninstall all vendor drivers and set the JumboFrame to a size of 9kMTU and a PacketSize of 9014 but still i have a black window. I disabled my Firewall and my Antivir Program but it doesn't help enythink. I'm using a GigE Camera from "The Imagingsource" DMK 23GV024.
