Simscape not in r2020a

why can not find Simscape (Simscape onramp either) in R2020a? Is it related to the type of license?

Simscape Onramp is only available starting in MATLAB R2021a. You can download the latest version of MATLAB R2021a and access the Simscape Onramp.
