Is it possible to inline Model Reference blocks in the generated code in R2018a?

I am using a componetized architecture and model referencing in a large model. After reviewing the final model, many of the model reference blocks are not called multiple times. I would like to programmatically choose which model reference blocks are inlined versus model referenced in order to optimize code footprint and execution speed i.e. eliminate the overhead of function calls.
