The block value shortcut does not show up in Sİmulink

Hi folks, recently i have a problem that bothers me in Simulink. As you know there is a shortcut adding blocks to your design in Simulink. When you double click on dashboard, you can type the name of the block you want to add. For some of them you can even give the number of inputs (like mux block) or value (like constant block). But for some reason, this panel doesn't show up in my Simulink (tried on 2020b & 2021a). Is there any solution for this? I am adding a screenshot of what i mean. Thanks in advance.
