matlab script to app designer

I have a question.
I have developed a 2 dimensional mathematical model in matlab. I would like to run it in appdesigner with a 2 dimensional visual display of the aircraft. How can i get the .m file to work in appdesigner.

You'll need to build the app and then move the content of the script to a local function within the app.
