problem in using LQR and LQE commands for uncertainty in plants

Hello,

I have plant model and i am adding uncertainty in this .

and i am designing controller and estimator using lqr and lqe command....but matlab is giving me error as following

Error using lqr (line 35) The "lqr" command cannot be used for models of class "umat".

umat is uncertainty

what should i use instead of these commands to design controller ...

i have tried hinfsyn command but i am not getting ...
