Rename IO for blocks in Simulink

Hello,
I want to rename the IO of a black in simulink, is this something that can be done?
If so how can it be done?

Hii,
To rename a IO block or signal lines double click on the name of the IO block/signal lines and specify the name you want to rename it with.
