Why do I no longer have access to any toolbox?

Yesterday I was using "cdfplot" with no issues, but today it says the following in order for me to use it:

"cdfplot requires the Statistics and Machine Learning Toolbox"

I still have this toolbox and my license has not expired. Nothing has changed about my situation, so why can I not use this function anymore?

The issue can often be fixed by simply closing and restarting MATLAB.
