Expansion Chasis Compatibility with Matlab

I have to use PCI Exapnsion Chasis of of Magma Company Model no P13R for Data Acquisition using the xPC Target toolbox. I want to ask will this expansion Chasis of Magma Company will be compatible with MATLAB?
