Need help with simple Simulink

I need to something like a repeating sequence stair, where the output is [1 0]. I need this to repeat a given number of times, for example, 50. Between that, it will be a time of 0.004.

I am newer to Simulink, what is the triangle and that 3 way connector with the in, out, and wave?

The triangle is a "gain" element found under Math Operations.

The in,out,wave is an "Enabled Subsystem" found under Ports & Subsystems.
