Windows Executable MCR Location

I have generated a Windows executable w/2010b, and I have MCR 7.14. Things work great on my computer. Now, I want to "deploy" my tool (like I can do on Linux) with MCR located on a shared\network drive. I have put the MCR at the network location, and I point to it with PATH. Program doesn't run. MATLAB "support" told me it was the Visual C++ RT, not MCR, but all the VCRT stuff is in the same location on the target computer (the one I am testing things on).

How do I deploy a Windows MATLAB executable with MCR on a shared location, so that I do not have to have users installing things?
