Borrowed licence not avalable ?

Hiya,

I am using 2016b and borrowing licences from a central repository so I can work remotely. I have used the borrow function from the help menu to borrow Matlab, simulink, DSP System Toolbox, Computer Vision toolbox and a few others. Matlab tells me they are borrowed so everything looks good. open Matlab and Simulink offline so the borrowing process seems to have worked ok ... but when I try and compile the model off line I get an error saying "unable to checkout a license for the DSP System Toolbox, Computer Vision toolbox? How do I get Matlab to see these borrowed licenses?
