Having "archive is not a ZIP archive" while installing MatLab 2020b on Arch Linux

I tried to install matlab on my Arch Linux desktop but it failed with "archive is not a ZIP archive" error. I then copied all files and install it on my server and it works. Not sure what's the reason. My desktop is on AMD Ryzen 9 3900XT.
